Work Package 2 of the project has been successfully completed, marking an important milestone in its overall implementation. Through extensive desk and field research across all partner countries, valuable insights were gathered regarding the current use of play in ECEC, as well as the needs and challenges faced by pre-service and in-service teachers and headteachers. The outcomes of this research provide a solid evidence-based foundation for the next phase of the project. The consortium is now moving forward to the subsequent stage, focusing on transforming research results into practical tools and resources that can meaningfully support ECEC professionals in their everyday practice.
